Americans can get on my nerves at the best of times, but when they start that bloody stupid American talk, which makes no sense, it begs the question "Why do these prats actually exist?"
So what part of the American language gets right up my nose? Well, the bits that make no bloody sense whatsoever! For example, why do they feel the need to add aditional words into sentences, such as this: Me: Hello there American Prat: Word bro! Me: Grow up ya big daft twat I mean, what the FECK does "Word" mean in this context? Is it supposed to be mean hello? If it is, then why not just say hello? Or is it too much to ask, for them to be normal. Another example is the stupid "now thats what im talking about, right there..." Why not just say "Thats what I meant".... why the pathetic "now thats what im talking about... " we all KNOW thats what you are talking about, because you fecking said it!! And as for "Right there..."... well, yes. Obviously... because if it wasnt there, then you wouldnt be saying it, ya stupid git! Another REALLY annoying one is the "like" syndrome, which seems to have spread rapidly to the UK too. I mean, what the hell do they mean by "I was like 'urrgghhh' and he was like 'yeeeh' and she was like 'oh my god' and he was like 'yeh'..." And how about "I was like FECKING GROW UP!!" What is it with these Yanks? Can they not speak any proper language? I mean, since when was "Word Bro!" a proper sentence? If you cant speak proper English, or more to the point, if you can speak properly at all... then do the world a favour and shut the feck up!!! Only registered users can write comments.
