Girls, Rape and Footballers |

Have you noticed the recent rise in the number of ‘rapes’ being carried out by famous (and incidentally very rich) young, single and good looking footballers?  | | Would they claim HE raped them? |
Let me remind you how the story goes… Footballer goes out clubbing. Footballer has his choice of the girls there. Footballer chooses a girl, she is happy. Footballer buys her drinks, she accepts. They dance and have a good evening. At the end they go back to his place, or hers, she is willing. They do what has been on the cards all evening – he scores. Then…… A day or so later, the girl comes forward and says she was raped. It was traumatic, she was forced. Well, in most cases, I would say what a load of bollocks. If she wasn’t up for it, why did she accept all his drinks, the kudos of having a famous footballer as company, but the biggest why of all, WHY did she go on with him after the club? It’s not like girls are not worldly wise these days is it? We all know what going back to my place or back to my hotel room means don’t we? If the girl wasn’t up for sex (and all due respect to her if that’s the case) then say good night at the club. Let’s face it, Premiership footballers don’t find it hard to pull girls do they? So why would they have to rape a girl who has willingly gone back to a bedroom with them at the end of an evening? Just give her the red card and go down to the hotel bar and in 10 minutes they would be on-side again. Would it have anything to do with getting a bit of dosh out of the footballer? It’s a sad world. I have a sneaking suspicion some of them might claim "rape" after they couldn't't sell a "my night of passion" story to the papers.
