Offensive isn't it?

When you go out for a walk in the street and find the piles of dog crap just lying about - it's really offensive isn't it?.  The dog owners that think it is acceptable to leave it there for kids to play with, for us to stand in and to allow us to spread disease are as ignorant as they act when you confront them about it. IT IS ILLEGAL. IT IS DANGEROUS.   Some dog owners seem to have the idea to carry scoopers and this is great, but sadly it seems too few have.

Remember our children can be blinded through contact with dog faeces.  This is a serious issue, not just one of mess.

If you see it being left confront the owner (unless they have a big dog!). Sadly the only way to get people to do anything nowadays seems to be to shame them. Either that or LETS START A NEW METHOD - stick it on their car door handles.  If the police get you say that it was something that belonged to them that they left behind. No court should prosecute you. The other option is to take their car registration and report them.  Lots of us have mobile phones with cameras... take a picture of them and send it to the local paper.

If we all get together then we must be able to do something about this!!
