Another Skatepark in Kent too Close because of “Noise”.
In our town the local residents that live near the sk8park have kicked up a stink about the “noise” from the sk8park …. This is not noise from boys swearing, shouting, fighting etc … it’s the noise of the wheels on the ramp for goodness sake. I suppose they would rather they sk8ted in the street, in car parks in the town centre??? Noooo they would complain about that too!!!! If they didn’t want noise why the hell did they buy a house next door to a sports centre, sky slope and sk8park??? I feel really sorry for the kids now days, they can’t bloody win and the old people that complain about the noise of a few wheels should go into a care home on the coast and leave those of us with some life left in us, to get on with life!!!
