After many weeks being under pressure in the constitutional committee about the tsunami and whether or not the government did something wrong politically. You might have thought that the Social democrats that is the government at least until September this year had a tough time. And the foreign minister closing a light neo-Nazi site due to the fact of publishing the Mohammad-cartoons. Which ended up with the foreign minister Laila Freivalds leaving the office. Now it is getting more and more bad. The Prime minister Göran Persson didn't check the laws for building new houses and forgot to do a environmental check-up for the workers, a law that the social democrats were supposed to hold dear. The leader of the youth organisation is taken into court because she was in a fight at a bar and should have beaten up the guard and shouting racial comments to him. Another thing that the social democrats can't be doing is to be racists since being for a multi cultural Sweden is part of their agenda. If you are a big sports fan and you are also the vice prime minister (and minister of sport) it is bad of you do not remember whether or not your football-club paid its tax or not. Which also happened a few weeks ago. The mayor or the third largest city of Malmö was given a trip as his 50th birthday present. Now no one know if that was a bribe because some of the trip was sponsored by a friends company. Probably the company had more then just friendly thoughts behind that trip. This is also taken to court. Maybe the old telling is true: Power corrupts. Only registered users can write comments.
